Camp details
This camp will focus on progressions and performing more advanced skills and is not suitable for beginners. To attend this camp participants must be able to perform the following skills well; Floor - Handstand, cartwheel, forward and backwards tumbles, bridge kickover. Bars - Upwards hip circle, casts, comfortable with swings. Beam - Comfortable with jumps and handstands on high beam. Vault - Squat on, Straddle on.
Camp notes
What will my child need?
- Comfortable clothing that they can move around in.
- Pack lunch and water.
- Drop off is at 10am and pick up is at 2pm.
- All jewellery must be removed before camp.
- The gym is a nut free zone, please keep this in mind when making child's pack lunch.
